We have a 8-painter minimum Monday - Thursday and a 10-painter minimum Friday - Sunday, with a maximum of 45. Our front room can accommodate up to 12 -14 painters. Our back room can accommodate 20 - 24 painters.
If there are two parties at the same time then the larger group will be placed in the back and the host / hostess will be responsible for the minimum amount of painters in the front room plus 1.
If you request the back room on a Saturday night, there is a strict 15 person minimum that the host/hostess is responsible for paying if there are some "no shows" in your party.
The party host/hostess is responsible for covering "no show" guests up to the minimum requirement.
There is a deposit of $125.00 for private parties which may be applied to your party once your party makes.
NOTE: There is a 2 week cancellation notice for deposit refund ( minus $10 for transaction fee ) - no exceptions.
Registration fee for painting on canvas is $35.00/person and for painting on 2 wine glasses is $40.00/person. Coupons are NOT valid toward private parties. We suggest that you offer your guests to pay online in advance to make sure you meet your minimum requirement. Please ask for a link once you book your party; otherwise, they can pay at the door. Non painting guest can enjoy the fun for a fee of $12.50.
Although we wish that we could refund your party's deposit at the last minute, we have to safe guard our professional painters for their time and effort, therefore we strongly require a 2 week notiification of cancellation from the date of your party to refund your deposit. Notifications of cancellation less then 2 weeks are not eligible for a refund.
